Judicial Review
The campaign is currently focussed on the application for judicial review against the West Herts Hospitals Trust which was lodged at Court on 6th February. This is being lodged by a 78-year old heart patient, Mr Giddings, from Highfield and has the full backing of the Dacorum Hospital Action Group, Dacorum Borough Council and myself. |
